STEP 4: DISCUSS PRICING (Share Comparative Market Analysis) Based on this information, I think we would agree that your property could sell anywhere from $460K to $500K and the difference between getting $460K and $500K is time. The data tells us the properties that sold at the lower end of this range sold faster. If you are more motivated by time, then we will want to go to the lower range. If you are more motivated by money, then we will want to go with the higher range. If you prefer a blend, we will want to go with the middle price. Which strategy do you feel would work best for us?
